How long does shipping take?

Allow 2-15 days some items will ship faster this is the adverage?

Yes we use U P S and the postal service( U.S. Mail)

Yes ,but you must have an account with that particular service 

What is a duvet cover?

This is basiclly a slip cover for your comforter works the same as any other slip cover helping keep your comforter clean

Do I have to use a duvet cover

No you do not have to use a duvet cover your comforter will need to be cleaned more often is all

I washed my comforter following instructionsand now it has clumps what happened?

Clumping is caused by one of 2 things too much soap or not drying long enough.Too much soap leaves a residue that causes the down to clump,be sure that comforter is rinsed well and no residue is left.If you are sure the comforter has been rinsed well and you still have clumps,gently break them up by hand and return to dryer untill you don't feel any more clumps

Can I use fabric softner or dryer sheets during cleaning?

No ,they both leave residue that will cause the down to clump

What will happen if I line dry?

It will cause the down to be clumpy and the clumps will remain wet ,this in turn could cause the down to develop mildew

What will happen if I use a top loading machine to wash my comforter?

Down by nature floats and may not all get wet,so therefore your comforter may not recieve a through cleaning in a top loading machine.

Can I make an order by telephone?

No not at the present time In the future that could be an option

Why does it take so long to ship items?

All our items are individually sewn at the time the orders are recievd we do not have anything just sitting on shelves doing our shipments in this manner gives us better quality control and inventory control keeping our prices lower.

How long do i have to return a product ?

Once the packaging is opened the sale is final unless it is defective or damaged in transit.
